What is the Excel to PDF Tool?
Excel to PDF renders each sheet of an .xlsx or legacy .xls workbook as a clean, printable PDF document. Pick the page size and orientation, choose which sheets to include, and ship a shareable PDF in seconds.
Conversion runs server-side in a single secure call. Your spreadsheets are processed and returned as PDFs without being stored on our infrastructure.
How to convert Excel to PDF
- Click 'Choose files' or drop one or more .xlsx / .xls workbooks onto the page.
- Use the options panel to pick page size, orientation, font, margins, and behaviours like cell styles, gridlines, header repetition, page numbers and centred tables.
- Click 'Convert' to download a PDF (or a ZIP if you uploaded several workbooks).
Why use our Excel to PDF tool?
- Supports both modern .xlsx and legacy .xls binary spreadsheets.
- Preserves bold and italic cell styles, with optional gridlines and per-sheet titles.
- Repeats the header row on every page and adds 'Page X of Y' footers when you need them.
- Fit-to-width, fit-to-page or actual column widths — and centre the table on the page if you prefer.

Can I include hidden sheets?
Yes. There's an 'Include hidden sheets' option in the panel, off by default to match Excel's printing behaviour.
